You will notice that this house is set back from the road so you will not hear much car noise from inside the property while you are snuggled up in front of the television. The house comes with both front and rear gardens which gives the property a good balance and this is supported by discreet off road parking. Don't worry about anyone peering into your back garden from properties backing onto it. The only thing that is at the back of this one is open green space so you can enjoy those barbecues in private away from prying eyes.

The internal accommodation will also be pleasing to your eyes. What will especially interest you is that the third bedroom is bigger than the normal box room that you tend to uncover in some homes. There is nothing ugly about this location. You will be able to observe how good the local transport network is and you can inspect the local road links by driving around the area.

When I first saw this house, the one thing that really made me fall in love with it was the rear garden not being over looked. Privacy is important to me so finding a house like this was a real joy. The property also has off road parking even though this was not vital to me, it was very convenient.

The main advantages of this property are the views from the rear garden, the excellent location, good road networks and being within walking distance to local shops.

What I really like about living here is the quietness of the location. My neighbours are very friendly and will always engage in conversation.
