"If you are looking for a good size house for that growing family then look no further than this property in a popular residential location near a local park.

There are a number of key points that will make this house one you will need to consider. Firstly, there are not many four bedroom houses available within this price range that are near to the town centre. Secondly, the benefit of an en-suite bathroom speaks for itself and the rear garden is not over looked by other properties to the rear.

You can enjoy those summer barbecues in the privacy of your own space and you can utilise the cellar area for storage so you don't need to go far to get those cooking utensils out.

When you have a growing family you can sometimes run out of that much needed space. The advantage that this house has is that you can make use of the second reception room and turn it into another lounge area for those teenagers. If however, you are more of an entertaining family then utilise this space as a dining room.

There is a local park within walking distance to the house and the good road links mean that you can be at Bluewater shopping centre within 20 minutes.

What the Owner says:

We were originally attracted to our home by the location, being close to work and we liked the large size of the rooms.

Since living here we have added a loft conversion with an en-suite, fitted a new boiler and central heating system, double glazed throughout, installed a new gas fire, replaced all the carpets and decorated all rooms. We have landscaped the garden and added a decked area.

We feel the biggest selling point of our home is the size of all the rooms, especially the Master bedroom. We feel the house is well located for closeness to main facilities including shopping and transport links.
