"As you enter the house you will instantly get a comfortable feeling about this home. The lounge has a big window and you can feel the suns rays as they penetrate through the glass illuminating the whole room in a brilliant glow. You glimpse through into the expansive open plan kitchen and dining area and start to realise how workable the area appears to be.

The rear garden is another factor why this house will capture your attention. If you want to extend the house and add that extra bedroom or playroom for your growing family then do not worry, just look at how much garden space you have to work with. If extending is not an important factor then relax in the garden, stretch out on the sun bed and soak in the life giving rays of the sun.

There are excellent road connections to London or the other Medway towns by both road and rail. Weigh up the options as to which route will best suite you. Scan your local area and you will notice that there are shops within walking distance to this property.

What the Owner says:

When we viewed this property we were instantly attracted to the amount of garden area that was available. The property is positioned on a corner plot and has excellent curb appeal. When we walked into the house another attractive feature for us was the open plan lay out. This works very well for our family and it was something that we wanted in our home.

Since moving into the property 5 years ago we have laid new carpet and flooring to the whole house, re-plastered the majority of the walls and ceilings and re-decorated in neutral colours. We also put in a new bathroom and then turned our attention to the rear garden and put in decking so we could make it more family friendly and usable when our friends came round.
