We bought this property 9 years ago as it was next door to my parents and as a close family we wanted to be near each other. At the time when I was looking for properties, I was looking at 2 bedroom houses as well as this bungalow but found this particular property to have a lot more space than many of the two bedroom properties available on the market and I’m confident that this will still be the case.
The driveway to the front was ideal to be able to keep an eye on my car and the low maintenance garden, again suited me as we were looking for a low maintenance home.
I’m leaving the property with no chain and I think this would be a big selling point for any potential purchaser.
