"The best of both worlds! Semi rural living yet close to motorways!!

This is a delightful family home and really will tick all the boxes. The property has been extremely well maintained and all the expensive jobs are done, just leaving you to put your own stamp on it.

The lounge is a really sociable area with a gas fire giving the room a focal point. It opens onto the dining area that has views straight out into the garden.

There has been no expense spared in the kitchen, with a granite work top and a bamboo floor, really complementing the wooden units. The modern kitchen units continue to flow through to the utility area where there are built in appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. This will definitely make moving easier.

As well as the lovely new kitchen and utility, the downstairs cloakroom, bathroom and en-suite have also been replaced with a modern suite.

The garden is a landscaped delight with a lovely patio for alfresco dining and a sun trap decking area at the bottom of the garden.

All in all, it is ready for you to move straight into.

We have been here 20 years from new and it was a perfect family home for us. It is very quiet and yet has easy access to the motorways and you can walk to the commuter coach stop.

We love the location of this property and this was the one we wanted but being a show home we had to wait until it was ready to be sold. We believe it was worth the wait.

We have done a lot to the property in recent years and do feel that someone is getting a lovely home.

Now our family has grown up and moved away we are ready to down size for our retirement.
