"There is a rare opportunity to purchase a 3 bedroom home in Tunbury school area. This property has a loft conversion to provide a further bedroom and is one of the very few properties that were built with the large kitchen/dining area which has been shown to the best of its ability with a modern kitchen, double glazed doors leading out to the rear garden, plumbing for washing machine, a breakfast bar, built in stainless steel oven and hob with extractor, integrated dishwasher and display cabinet.
The lounge is also a good size and has been decorated to a modern design.
On the first floor there is a single and double bedroom as well as a family bathroom and to the 2nd floor there is a main bedroom which has had the loft converted to give a really good size room with plenty of built in wardrobe space.
There are two allocated parking spaces to the property and one of the huge plus points, as well as a very popular location, is that it is within walking distance to the Tunbury school.

What the Owner says:

Having already lived in the woods for sometime I was reluctant to buy a property that was anywhere other than this extremely well regarded area. This particular property was one of the larger 2 bedrooms.
The property had already had the loft converted which was ideal as it gave me 2 double bedrooms needed for my 2 sons who needed a room each. Since purchasing the property I have completely redone the kitchen and bathroom and redecorated throughout. For a family of 4, we've lived very comfortably in this home but we are now looking to buy a bigger property. We've replaced the boiler in 2008 and we are leaving it in excellent condition, ready to move into.
