"You hear the word bungalow and you think perhaps older and dated properties, but not this one. Immaculate throughout you will not have to lift a finger once you move in. You will feel that sense of appreciation for the standard of work and all you will need to do is just look after it.

Downsizing can sometimes be tricky but these rooms are generous in size as a result of the bay windows. Your king size bed will fit comfortably! Having a conservatory is almost priceless for adding that extra living space, especially when you have got those family parties. Outside you have a flat and easy to maintain rear garden and a storage room beneath the conservatory which is handy for hiding away all your gardening tools. Side access also means that getting bicycles in and out is so much more straight forward.

If you don't drive then take a stroll around the corner where you can hop on a bus and be in Chatham town centre within minutes. However if you prefer to walk then within 15 minutes you can be at the train station and on to anywhere you like.

What the Owner says:

I bought this bungalow due to the fact that it had potential for me to put my stamp on it. For my budget at the time it seemed good value for money and having worked in the building trade, I could not hide my excitement about how I wanted the building to look once I had done all the work to it. Absolutely everything has been done. I am pleased with the result and it's neutral so someone could change it without any hassle. The good thing about the place is that you can move in and just live. The location is good for me too as I am close to everything; the motorway, the town centre and the train station. Being a semi detached I only have a neighbour on one side. I really do hope the new owners appreciate it as much as I have.
