"A lovely two bedroom home situated in the woods location and walking distance of the commuter coach stop service to London.
This property has a lovely feel to it with the lounge to the front and an electric fire as the focal point. There is a cupboard under the stairs with plenty of storage.
There are glass double doors opening into the kitchen area, this is a lovely feature as the sunshine floods in from the back window, through the doors into the lounge so you end up with a dual aspect area downstairs.
The kitchen/diner is a nice sociable area, somewhere to perch yourself and have a cup of tea and chat with your friends. There is a stainless steel built in oven and a butler sink, solid wood units with butchers block worktop and fits into the character of the property.
The bedrooms have sloping ceilings giving a quirky look and adding a bit of character. The first bedroom has velux windows and the bathroom has a white suite and a velux window throwing light into the room.
The rear garden is a real peach as it's easy to maintain, not overlooked and has a sunny aspect. There is a gate leading to the front giving easy access.
Another huge plus point of the property is that there are two allocated parking spaces so you'll always know you can get parked when you are on your way home from work.

I was looking for a nice area for my daughter and I to live and was familiar with the woods location and its excellent reputation.
I have friends in the area and what I love most is that in summer the whole area blossoms, it just has a really nice feel about it.
We've done a lot during that time including re-fitting the kitchen and flooring, re-decorated throughout, replaced doors and added the glass bi-folding doors to really open up the downstairs space.
We had the windows double glazed approximately 3 years ago.
It's time for us to move on however I'm sure somebody will be just as happy here as we have been.
