"Academic year 2020/2021. This well maintained student house is in a fantastic location for University of Kent students. To the front of the property is a bright and spacious open plan living area with a large window flooding the room with light. To the rear of the property is a good size kitchen which has an oven with a four burner electric hob, a washing machine and a fridge freezer. There is a new bathroom which was fitted in summer 2017 which includes a shower cubicle with an electric shower. Completing downstairs is the first bedroom which has glass double doors leading onto the sunny garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms all of which have large windows filling the rooms with light. The property is double glazed, has gas central heating and a garage which can be used for storage. There is a driveway with parking for up to four cars and plenty of free on-street parking.

Westgate Close is just off the Whitstable Road. It is a 1.2 miles by foot to the University of Kent and 1 mile to the city centre. A convenient Sainsbury?s Local is in St Dunstan?s just before the main city centre. The city centre has a large shopping complex and an array of different shops offers a modern shopping experience. The main bus station for Canterbury is next to the shopping complex. Welcoming pubs, restaurants and clubs populate the city for varying choice and adds to its unique identity. Local train services in Canterbury are operated by South Eastern Rail; Canterbury West station is 1 mile from the property and has the high speed service to St Pancras."
