"There are a not may houses out there for sale that are as nice as this and with that feeling of 'Home' about them. As soon as you walk in through the front door you will know what I mean. The seller has really enjoyed living here and if it was not for her dream to live half the year in France and the remaining time in England, I imagine she would never leave.

These houses were built in the 1980’s and have been very popular with first time buyers or couple that are starting a family and need the home that is, not the forever home, but is, however, big enough for all the kit that babies come with. There are plenty of other reasons you may be interested, the garage, the great garden and location.

The location to the train station and the city is approx 1.5 miles in distance. Canterbury, a beautiful Cathedral city with two tales. A vibrant and lively city full of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, numerous coffee bars and cafes, gastro pubs, wine bars, and music venues, but also a tranquil city full of history, awe inspiring architecture, museums and more churches per square mile than anywhere else in the South East of England.

What the Owner says:

It time for me to go down in size as I want to spend more time in France and having a smaller bolt hole in Canterbury is all I need.

I really hope that a nice young couple buy my home; it would make me feel happy to think that it a first home for someone.
