"Page & Co are excited to bring to the market this chain free, newly redecorated duplex apartment. This superb apartment is in the popular Tannery development located just inside Canterbury`s city walls, a short walk from the City`s cobbled streets which are full of life and interesting places to visit. The beautiful River Stour runs beside the development and you have glorious riverside walks which take you through fields and into villages outside of Canterbury.

This lovely apartment has just been completely redecorated throughout and has had new carpets and flooring throughout. It is located on the second floor and has lift access right outside the entrance door. Inside you will find an entrance hallway with a door to the main bathroom straight ahead and a short staircase to the second floor. To the left, you have a bright lounge diner which is open plan to the kitchen area and has floor to ceiling windows and French doors opening out to a Juliet balcony.

The kitchen is fully fitted with wood effect units and new tiling around the work tops. There is an integrated electric oven and the sellers are planning on including the washing machine and fridgefreezer within a sale.
