"THE PROPERTY: The current vendor has lived in the this home for just over 5 years and has vastly improved it from the moment they moved in. The list is endless, the main improvement is the addition of a window to the gable end wall to the lounge which has added extra light and a feeling of space. The kitchen is modern and well laid out and the bathroom has nice clean lines. The decor is excellent and you can see that the vendor has looked after the property fastidiously. The rear garden is low maintenance and stocked with a variety of mature plants. There is a summer house which is insulated and used for storage, however it would make a useful home office or studio as it has power and light. The patio has a sunny aspect and has an electric remote control awning to offer shade on hot summer afternoons. There is parking to the front on a block paved driveway. Other improvements include additional double glazing, combi boiler and recent carpets.
