"This three bedroom semi detached house is located in the popular village of Sturry, only three miles from the vibrant city of Canterbury and has good links to Herne bay, Whitstable and Thanet. The living room is to the front, is a good size with a large window bringing in lots of light and a feature fireplace housing a gas effect fire. The kitchen / dining room is to the rear of the property and has plenty of wall and base units, integrated double oven with hob and extractor hood over and space for further appliances. There is ample space for a table and chairs and two large storage cupboards. From the kitchen there is access out to a nice size conservatory that adds great space to this property which then leads out to the rear garden. Completing the downstairs is a separate WC with basin. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single with fitted wardrobes in the larger of the double bedrooms. The main bathroom has a three piece suite including a bath with shower attachment over, WC and basin. For added space and storage, the loft room which has a skylight and has been carpeted can be used as a hobby room or a multitude of other uses. The rear garden is paved so very low maintenance. There is access to the large shed and side access leading to the front where there is a drive way for at least one car.
