"This superb family home offers spacious living accommodation and is well presented throughout. Located in a popular road in desirable Sturry, the property is close to local amenities and provides easy access into Canterbury and the coastal town of Herne Bay. There is driveway parking for several cars and entry is through a porch, ideal for muddy shoes and hanging up coats. Downstairs, there is a spacious lounge to the front with an electric fireplace. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood in making this a beautiful, bright space to relax in and there are attractive shutters. The kitchen is to the back of the property and looks out to the garden. It has a good range of modern, matching wall and base units offering ample storage and there are integrated appliances including a fridgefreezer, a dishwasher and a double oven with gas hob. There is space under the counter for a washing machine and there is a storage cupboard. A door leads through to a separate dining room, a pleasant, bright space for catching up with family or friends over a meal and there are double doors out to the garden. The layout is ideal for those who prefer a separate dining room but it would be possible to knock through to create a large kitchendiner should someone want a more social space. There is also a downstairs WC off the hallway.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is an excellent size and overlooks the rear garden. It also benefits from a air conditioning unit and there is a cupboard housing the water tank. There are two further bedrooms to the front which benefit from blackout blinds and a family bathroom. The family bathroom is neutrally decorated with grey and white tiling and comprises a suite consisting of a bath with shower over, a WC and wash basin.

Laburnum Lane is a popular road in the desirable area of Sturry. Located around four miles away from Canterbury, it provides someone with easy access into the City Centre and there is a regular bus service with buses every 15 minutes. There is also a mainline train station in the village where you can catch the high speed service to London St. Pancras via Canterbury West. The area is popular with families with young children and there is an excellent primary school close by, as well as the Junior Kings School. The property is within walking distance to convenience stores and takeaway restaurants and there are some beautiful walks nearby to keep you occupied at the weekend.
