"A three-bedroom home ready for the next family to make it their own. The living room is large enough to have a dining table in, so no more eating on your laps in front of the television, and the kitchen is next to the lounge/diner which means it is easy to keep your eye on the little ones whilst making the supper. There is a lean-to conservatory on the back of the house to put all their garden toys in or just sit and watch the wildlife in the garden.

It is also handy having a downstairs cloakroom so you don't need to be waiting in line to use the bathroom. The sellers have done as much as they are able to make the home energy efficient with the double glazing and central heating.

Outside things work well given that it is a no through road creating a safer environment for children to play out in or better still, there's a play park just a short walk away if the garden is not big enough to host the world cup!

Unfortunately it’s not all play and if it is schools you need then there are two infant/primary schools very close by in the village of Sturry.

And after a busy week why not go for a meal in the renowned George and Dragon pub in the neighbouring picturesque town of Fordwich. Fordwich is extremely pretty and there are walks along the river and has the pleasure of being the smallest town in Britain.

What the Owner says:

When the kids were growing up it was a great comfort to know they could play safely outside living on a no through road.

It was also great not to have to get into a car to do the school run seeing as the local primary school was only a short walk away. In fact it is very convenient for everything Sturry has to offer.
