"Looks can certainly be deceiving and this is definitely true in this instance.

The owners had a loft conversation done approximately 4 years ago and have added a large bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is actually the chance for this room to be made into two separate bedrooms making this a 5 bedroom home. If you have a large family then this could be a good choice because it represents excellent value for money.

There is no shortage of living space as the lounge stretches across the width of the property and has a great feeling of light and space. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate a family sized dinner table which would either be great for the family meals or just spreading the home work across.

The benefits don’t stop inside, the rear garden is approximately 100’ and is securely fenced with recent panels and is laid mostly to lawn with views across to the other side of the valley. On a sunny day you can see across to the Westbere lakes and as the garden is facing in a southerly direction you can make the most out of the sunshine when it appears.

The driveway can park 2 or 3 cars and the garage, whilst used for storage at the moment, has plenty of room for the car. There is also a really useful summer house that the owners have used as a games room or it can be used for more storage.

What the Owner says:

We have loved being here and have been here for over 20 years improving our home as we have gone along. We have done all the behind the scenes work, new boiler, wiring and a loft conversation which has made a massive difference to the space.

The one thing I will miss is the garden it has brilliant for the pets and it is a proper sun trap in the summer months. I can’t imagine anyone not liking our house.
