"Situation St Dunstans is a vibrant area of period residential houses and local shops just outside the medieval city walls approximately 10 minutes' from the city centre. Canterbury West station is also within 5 minutes walk offering trains on the high speed link to London (St Pancras 52 minutes) and from Ashford International direct trains to mainland Europe (Paris and Brussels 2 hours). Motorway access is via A2(M) at Harbledown (1 mile). The city has much to offer with the newly refurbished Marlowe Theatre, Gulbenkian Theatre, the annual Arts Festival, Canterbury Golf Club, several sports centres and country cricket at the St Lawrence Cricket Ground as well as an excellent range of educational and shopping amenities. . Description This beautiful elegant house has been finished to the highest of standards and offers excellent accommodation with stylish modern fittings yet retaining many period features. The accommodation is arranged over four floors giving a feeling of light and space throughout. There is a stunning kitchen with gas fired Aga and dining area on the lower ground floor.
