"The property is located on quiet close in a semi-rural location on the edge of Canterbury but only 1.5 miles from the City Centre. This deceptively spacious property has flexibility in how the internal space could be used to suit a variety of different needs. The large entrance hallway has parquet flooring which continues into the lounge, a downstairs cloak room and under stairs cupboard. The lounge is a good size and overlooks the rear garden and there is the potential to create access to the rear garden to enjoy the sunny aspect. The kitchen diner has been extended to the rear which has created extra space to have a dining table and chairs overlooking the rear garden via the sliding doors. The galley style kitchen has plenty of floor and wall cupboards, a tiled splash back an electric hob, an eye level oven and grill. There is an integrated dishwasher and space for a fridge freezer. Completing downstairs there is a large utility room which has plumbing for a washing machine and space for a separate tumble dryer; it is a very useful space and which provides extra storage space. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms and the master has fitted wardrobes. The third double bedroom has been partitioned off creating a room that you need to walk through to access. This room has previously been used as a study and a play room but the partition wall could be taken down to improve the size of the third bedroom. Completing upstairs there is a fourth bedroom which is currently used as an office and the bathroom which has tiled walls, a bath with shower over, a vanity cupboard, a basin and a W.C.
