"AVAILABLE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2014-2015. n++380 PER ROOM PER MONTH. This large modern five bedroom student house is ideally located for UKC students and is close to the city centre. On the ground floor is one double bedroom with a feature fireplace and one single room with a built in wardrobe. There is a living room with comfy sofas, which also extends into the stunning kitchen/dining room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine; the space is big and bright with ample of cooking space and room for socialising. Upstairs are the other bedrooms; two double and one single and the family bathroom with a white suite and a shower over the bath. There is a beautiful large back garden and a driveway with room to park one car. The property is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.

Mandeville Road is located in the popular St Dunstans area of Canterbury. It is in an ideal location for University of Kent students as it is only a fifteen minute walk to the campus. There are bus stops near Mandeville Road with regular links to UKC and other areas of Canterbury. The city centre is only a ten minute walk away and has a large shopping complex Whitefriars and an array of different shops offers a modern shopping experience. The main bus station for Canterbury is next to the shopping complex. Welcoming pubs, restaurants and clubs are scattered across the city for varying choice. Local train services in Canterbury are operated by South Eastern Rail.
