"THE PROPERTY: The absolute perfect first time buy! Don't miss the chance to view this two bedroom property situated in the increasingly popular Chislet Gardens development. Chislet Gardens is located approximately 5 miles north east of Canterbury and can be found on the A28 heading towards Margate and is what some would say a short distance away from Sturry and its train station which gives access to Canterbury station and the fast train to London. There is also a regular bus service to Canterbury. We have been unable to test the services and/or appliances at this property and cannot verify that they are in working order.
