To the first floor, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The rear garden is enclosed and is approximately 30 foot. Other benefits include double glazing and gas central heating. ?320 per person per month ?73.85 per week EXCLUSIVE of Gas, Electricity and water charges. phone, internet, Sky and TV license. Nearest train station: Canterbury East Station (approximately 30 minutes walk) Nearest bus stop: Spring Lane (approximately 1 minutes walk) for service 23, 23a All viewings are strictly by appointment only.
