"THE PROPERTY: Situated on the ever popular St Augustines Estate is this 4 bedroomed detached home. Built in a traditional style and placed on a unique corner plot with the neighbouring properties at a distance only enjoyed by this particular home. The current owners have lived there since construction and have made considerable improvements in such areas as the garden. St Augustines is ideally placed on the fringe of the village of Chartham with its primary school and local shop.
