"Guide Price: ?375,000 - ?400,000. This impressive three bedroom detached house with a garage is in the prestigious St Augustines estate in Chartham. The vendor has finished the property to a high standard and it is well maintained throughout. On the right of the bright entrance hall is the triple aspect living room with double doors leading out to the garden. On your left upon entrance you will find the modern and spacious kitchen/dining room This room is a very sociable space and has an integrated eye level double oven and a five-burner gas hob with space for a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There are ample wall and base units and a one and a half sink with a mixer tap. The dining area has plenty of space to accommodate an eight seater dining table and chairs. The sunny conservatory overlooks the garden and has a door into the back of the garage which has been converted into a utility room with a worktop and space for appliances. Completing the ground floor is the downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a second double bedroom and a good size single bedroom. The ancient village of Chartham is four miles west of the Cathedral City of Canterbury. There is a railway station with easy access to Canterbury, Ashford and the high speed links to London and Europe. The nearby cathedral city of Canterbury also has a wide range of amenities, including excellent shopping and leisure facilities, primary and secondary schools as well as three universities, two hospitals and two railway stations. Canterbury also offers excellent leisure facilities, along with a diverse selection of restaurants and international eateries. The thriving market town of Ashford also offers excellent shopping, recreational and educational amenities, along with a high speed rail link from Ashford International Station which reaches London St Pancras in just 38 minutes. The area is very well served by road connections, with the A2/M2 accessible from nearby Canterbury and the M20 (which can be joined at Ashford) both connecting with London and the coast. The Channel Tunnel terminal at Folkestone provides a regular shuttle service to the Continent, whilst the Port of Dover also provides regular ferry crossings to the Continent.
