"You may think that you have seen them all in St Augustine’s; however this is not a ‘off the peg’ home! The first phase that was built in St Augustine’s was built to impress as the success of the rest the development rested upon the reputation of these first few homes. The good news for the next owner is that the home is still impressive and the seller has added a few extra touches herself.

As you walk into the entrance hall you will have the feeling of light and space, the galleried landing wouldn’t be out of place in a manor house, the living room runs from front to back and has a welcoming feeling due to the light that floods in from the front bay window and the patio doors that take you to the garden. Because this is such a good size any family get together will be easy. The kitchen has a useful utility room to hide away the washing machine which means you can sit at the table having breakfast without having to listen to the noise.

The lifestyle that Chartham as an area can offer you is the best of both worlds. Country walks and picnics while you watch the local cricket team on a Sunday afternoon.

However, if you like your exercise in a more refined way, there is of course the famous multi-million pound Whitefriars shopping centre offering enough shops to keep all the family entertained for the day.

What the Owner says:

I have been here since the day dot and have cared for my home and added the conservatory which has made a massive difference. I am moving to Whitstable with my new husband which will be lovely to be back near the sea.

I imagine a young family would like my home as the children can play out on the cricket field or ride around on their bikes safely in the front drive. There are lots of nice families in the area. I wish whoever buys my home well for the future.
