"This fantastic four-bedroom detached house with garage and no onward chain is in the prestigious St Augustines estate in Chartham, set within a quiet cul-de-sac made up of only five properties. From the hallway, the living room is off to the left at the front of the property. This room is light and airy with fresh and neutral d?cor and has a modern feature fireplace with built-in gas fire. Leading off from the living room, the dining room is at the rear of the property and has space for a family size table and access via sliding doors to the garden. The kitchen is a good size with high quality Amtico flooring that follows on into the utility room which was installed in 2015 and remains under a warranty for a further 22 years. The kitchen has an integrated Whirlpool eye level double oven and separate gas hob with extractor hood over. There is space for an under counter fridge and freezer, plumbing for dishwasher should there be a need and a stainless-steel sink situated in front of the window, overlooking the garden. There is a handy utility room where there is a further sink, plumbing for washing machine and access both to the garden and to the garage. Completing the downstairs is a WC with basin. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and two single bedrooms, of which one has a storage cupboard.
