"Situated in the sought after St Augustine?s area of Chartham is this immaculately presented four bedroom detached home with detached garage. The entrance hallway has engineered oak flooring which continues to flow throughout most of the downstairs. The living area is bright and has a bay window, feature fireplace and double doors that lead to the open plan kitchen / diner. The modern shaker style kitchen has plenty of base and wall units with under cabinet lighting. There is space for a freestanding range cooker with a stainless steel and glass extractor over, a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is tiled flooring to the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar that provides seating in addition to the dining room comfortably fits a family size dining table and chairs. From here you walk through into the sunroom that is flooded with light from the skylight, large window and bi-folding doors. A study and separate WC complete downstairs. The thriving market town of Ashford also offers excellent shopping, recreational and educational amenities, along with a high speed rail link from Ashford International Station which reaches London St Pancras in just 38 minutes. The area is very well served by road connections, with the A2/M2 accessible from nearby Canterbury and the M20 (which can be joined at Ashford) both connecting with London and the coast. The Channel Tunnel terminal at Folkestone provides a regular shuttle service to the Continent, whilst the Port of Dover also provides regular ferry crossings to the Continent."
