"Sitting in the centre of Broadstairs this detached period house has all the qualities of a good home.

Ideal for a large family who are looking for somewhere big enough so they can all have their own private space, but also have the room and comfort of being together as a family.

At the end of Pierremont Avenue is Broadstairs High Street, where there is a mixture of shops and restaurants. You can go for a nice walk into town, treat yourself, and then have your choice of places to have a spot of lunch. Not only that, but when the sun is out, it is only a short stroll down to the beach. A perfect summers days out.

The house itself has three reception rooms on the ground floor as well as a kitchen/diner. You can just imagine having everyone over at Christmas, tucking into your dinner in the dining room before making your way into the lounge for coffee and mince pies. There really is enough space to accommodate everyone and with the six bedrooms they can also stay overnight.

Two things attracted us to this house when we bought it. The area and the size.

We had young children so it was spot on to raise a family, as there was so much room.

Pierremont Avenue is also in the catchment area for the local schools so they never had to travel far.

Everything is on your doorstep here, the town, the coastline and the train station which is just up the road.

The garden was also very important to us and here it is a decent size garden, so you can enjoy the outside just as much as the inside.
