"Sitting on an extensive corner plot in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Broadstairs, this fantastic detached house has all the ingredients to be a wonderful family home. Ideal for those looking to be in the catchment area for local schools and a good place to raise children.

Parkwood Close is off Park Avenue which leads into Ramsgate Road. From here the children can jump on the Thanet Loop bus service to get to and from school safely. Not only that, but the buses also run to Westwood Cross and Broadstairs High Street, where you will find the quirky town full of 'bric and brac' shops, coastline, thriving restaurants and bars.

The property itself has an L-shaped lounge/diner which offers plenty of space for your three piece suite so you can sit and relax in the evening. A table and chairs would fit perfectly. Ideal for everyone to gather round at meal times.

There is also a large kitchen/breakfast room, where you can read the paper and have that all important coffee in peace.

We have lived here since the 80's and can honestly say it has been the nicest place we have lived. The neighbours are friendly and helpful and we all look out for each other.

During the summer we spend most of our time in the garden which we landscaped ourselves. We have everyone round for a BBQ and enjoy the weather. When the sun goes down we like to put some music on and sit in our sheltered patio. It makes for a lovely evening. It is so nice out there that we have been know to even sit out there in the winter.
