"Just imagine waking up in the morning, drawing back the curtains in the lounge and being greeted with a sea of green grass in the background. Not a bad way to start the day over a cup of coffee. Out the back is a green area and this maisonette is luckily one of the few that back into it. Tucked away at the end of this quiet cul-de-sac is where your journey begins. This property is on the top floor, so therefore has direct access to the loft allowing for extra storage and picturesque views as mentioned. Even the look to the front is easy on the eye from the main bedroom. Once inside youll get the feeling this has been well loved and cared for over the years with each room showcasing its own chic design. The lounge must be the heart of the home, its in here that you would sit and kick back in after a hard days work with it being directly next to the kitchen. So when your favourite TV programme is on theres not too far to go to get to your best bottle of wine. Both of the bedrooms are a fine size. The main room is spacious with a large window that floods the room with natural light and the second is a great guest room for those that miss the last train home.
But why would they miss it with it being so close by? Bexleyheath train station is in Zone 5, so not only does it have speedy links to London but it also has affordable travel compared to other further out locations. Surrounding the station is a useful row of shops, so whether you fancy a new hairdo, a quick drink or bite to eat, its all catered for. If you like the sound of quiet, yet being close to all of todays musts then this would be a perfect home for you to set up home in, especially if you are a first time buyer or if you are an investor looking to turn a healthy yield then again this would be an ideal buy to let.
