"How does the sound of being in a quiet peaceful cul-de-sac strike you? Yet being on the edge of a bustling town centre, where it is all happening?

Bexleyheath shopping centre offers a variety of shops to restaurants and it is just a short stretch of the legs away. In the other direction you can be on your way to that vibrant capital city of ours ‘London’ via Bexleyheath mainline train station. All of this to go along with pure peace and quiet. From time to time you may hear your neighbours coming and going but all in all this home offers ‘get away from it all feeling’.

The chic design is sure to put a smile on your face. Each room flourishes with its own personal charm that the seller has implemented throughout her stay. One room that is extremely easy on the eye is the lounge – with its cosy homely feel, the kitchen is just off there and I can only just imagine that this would be a great room to entertain in with the host always being close to there guests. The main bedroom is a fine size and has views to the front so you always get to see who’s coming and who’s going. At the back you even have your own rear garden, which to me is extremely private as you have the back section.

What the Owner says:

When I bought the property I was looking for something, which was low maintenance, and with easy access to London. This just ticks all the boxes. I can walk to the station in less that 10 minutes and be sat on the train and be on my way to London within 30-40 minutes. What I also liked was the fact it is in a really quiet location with hardly any passing traffic at all. If and when it snows each year, the fact that Bexleyheath Shopping centre is only up the road is fantastic as I can see get my every day necessities.

I am only moving now to get just a little bit extra space.
