"Calling all you green fingered sun seekers out there because this home comes with a sunny south facing rear garden which measures in excess of 100ft. So a great chance to get a tan and put your Charlie Dimmock skills to the test at the same time. If you are a first time buyer and are waiting to get on the ladder then this property could be ideal as it is exempt from the current stamp duty which will save you a small fortune.

This house is positioned between 2 railway stations, Slade Green and Barnehurst, however, I would have thought that the majority of people would use Barnehurst train station as it is probably the quicker one to walk to. It also has superb bus routes so great transport links are all around you.

Downstairs is the lounge which has direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is large enough to hold a dining table so no having to sit in the lounge with trays of food on your lap.

Off the kitchen is the bathroom and one of the benefits of having a downstairs bathroom is that when children come in from the garden there is no need to go upstairs with mud and dirt!

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all separate 1 a double and 2 are singles. If you only need 2 bedrooms then consider the option of moving the bathroom upstairs or even knocking the 2 smaller rooms into 1 double bedroom!

What the Owner says:

I’ve lived here for around 5 years and have been extremely happy. When I first viewed it I just saw the garden and thought wow, south facing which meant I get the sun all day and relatively private. I’ve improved the property as much as I can and spent a lot of effort maintaining it. The transport links here are fantastic and the 99 bus route will get you up to Barnehurst or either in the other direction to Erith. I’m in between 2 stations so take your pick but I would choose Barnehurst. I wish whoever buys my home all the happiness in the world.
