"This home is certainly easy on the eye. Its modern decor flourishes each room with warmth which is surely going to appeal to those looking for no work to do and for those looking for that homely feeling. So you can now just move in - unpack and put your feet up and relax.

In the past this home has been extended but not by the current seller and now makes downstairs nice and airy with a free flowing feel. The lounge is spacious and is most definitely one for those who like to entertain. The kitchen at a first glance may look small, however, just look at the width and cupboard space available to you, there are more cupboards than you would have saucepans!

Upstairs again is in super condition and has one double bedroom and a single bedroom. The single room in many cases is used as a large study so you have options if you do not need to use it as a bedroom. A major feature I would like to point out is the fact the bathroom is upstairs - which is ever so convenient when needed at 3am.

The garden has been well kept over the years and the seller has told me he has had many a great party out there due to its privacy with its high fencing and overall comfortable size.
You can now park one car off the road, however, if you need more space then you can even park in the access road opposite in Eversley cross, on a first come first served basis.

What the Owner says:

I bought my property around 4 years ago and what appealed to me was the homely feeling that I got when I stepped in the front door. The other key thing was the property is within 10 minutes of the M25/A2, 10 minutes walk from Barnehurst station, both primary and secondary schools with great OFSTED reports and all amenities within walking distance.
With my home this is the perfect distance away as it takes me just under 10 minutes to get on the M25.
When I bought my home it was in relatively good condition the one thing that I improved was the fencing both sides making it higher and making it more private in all areas of the garden and changing the shower room upstairs to a bathroom a year ago.
