The location is second to none for many a reason.
Firstly the eduction for children is fantastic. Lots of reputable primary schools all within walking distance and all equally as good as the other.

Secondly the train station is within walking distance. Barnehurst station is within zone 6 for travel meaning it is a little more affordable than being further out in Kent and being close to the start of the line means you may well get that seat you wish for along the way.

Thirdly this is an Ellingham style home that has been vastly improved over the years and to add a little extra charm it backs onto Barnehurst golf course.
