"If you have been trawling the internet for hours in search of that ideal home close to great schools then this could be your shining diamond.

This is located in one of the well-known ABC roads. You may ask what is that? A is for Appledore Avenue, B is for Beechcroft Avenue and C is for - well you get the picture.

This house is surrounded by great reputable primary schools. A few being Barnehurst and Bursted Wood, all within walking distance but far enough away for you to have built up a sweat by the time you get to school. Barnehurst Station is not too far away either.
It is within about half a mile radius and there you can get regular trains to Central London.

Inside the house downstairs, you can find a spacious and lengthy 22ft through lounge which has direct access to the kitchen. This house does have a separate utility room but you must exit the property via the kitchen door and then can be found on your left hand side which is the extension of the garage.

Upstairs are 3/4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are separate and the other two are what you call a jack and jill bedroom. Basically, bedroom 3 is interlinked via bedroom 4. However, with a little vision they could be knocked into one. Why not consider the option of having an en-suite shower room instead of 2 separate rooms? The choice is yours?

We bought the property in about 1986 and we have had no problems here at all. We're both retired and we just need to downsize. It was a great place to bring up our kids. However, it is too big for us and we need something a lot smaller. Throughout the years we have maintained the property as much as we can and in the last 4 years we have put in new double glazing. The location is just great as it has great access to Bluewater via the back roads and the train station is not far away at all. We wish whoever buys the property all the happiness in the world.
