"If your looking for a newish style home for you and your family which is open plan and spacious and one that is in a quiet area then this may be it, which could be music to your ears at long last.

Often you find a few things on a house that ticks a few of your requirements but not all of them and hopefully this one will tick them all with what I have to say next.

There is that much desired downstairs wc which is a real bonus because when you have guests visiting you the last place you want them is upstairs.

The lounge is wide and spacious and has the open plan feeling about it. It leads directly to the dining room which has been extended in the past and it would be a wonderful dinner party room as it is large enough to hold a decent size table.

Upstairs it has 3 lovely size bedrooms, even the 3rd bedroom is quite a generous size and can easily fit in a bed and a set of wardrobes and still have space. The bathroom is modern and requires no work doing to it, saving you a small fortune.

To the rear is a well kept garden which has a large decking area to the front and again I know I have mentioned it before but it is a lovely over flow from the dining room giving me the vision that there could be some great parties held here.

We moved in about 6 years ago. We were looking for something that was in good order and something of an newer style. when we saw that we could get detached for our money, we instantly snapped it up, there were no second thoughts what so ever! We loved the fact that we are very close to Nuxley Village, as we can walk there and have a drink and bite to eat and quite easily get home without the use of buses or cabs. The local schools are fantastic, we are surrounded by them and there is a great secondary school very close by. Throughout out time, we have modernised our property to a high standard and just hope that the next buyer appreciates all the hard work we have done.
