I bought my home 13 years ago after a really good look round , it stood out from the rest being in a small and quiet close and with a really private rear garden.

The garden itself is a glorious sun trap and with the calming sound of the water in the raised water feature on the patio it’s a great spot in which to relax and unwind. Even on a cold day it makes a very attractive view through the wide patio doors directly off the lounge, like an outside room bringing the garden into the home!

I’m only looking to move now as I have the opportunity to downsize to a type of property that I have always wanted.
