The owners really have made this a stunning home, it’s hugely extended giving you a fantastic amount of living space including a 4th bedroom measuring 18’9 long, a really brilliant 22’7 kitchen/family room with quality granite work surfaces, which makes a great room for the family or entertaining. The family bathroom with ‘Jacuzzi’ bath is complemented by the gorgeous ground floor shower room with it’s walk-in shower, in all giving this home a real family friendly appeal!
If you fancy or need to work from home there’s the ‘Study’ on the ground floor which could also make a 5th bedroom suitable for an older relative maybe or a room for the kids to have a toy/tv room to keep the rest of the house free.

There’s no doubt about it ,we’ve lost a lot of quality of life with modern day living but we’ve found with our home, not only the house, but the surrounding properties create the more gentle atmosphere of the 1930’s era from when it was built. Once you come through the door the stress and rush of modern day living just seems to fall away especially in the cold winter months sitting in front of the cosy open fire and enjoying some of the original features and with the extra space and peace we have here to spend quality time with your family. We also enjoy the non-estate position, being only used by the residents makes it a desirable and safe area for children, this made it a must for us.
