"From the entrance hallway is the spacious sitting room with double doors leading to the dining room which has a large storage cupboard and a further set of French doors that lead to the garden. The kitchen has integral appliances with tiled flooring and a door leading to the garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The master bedroom and the second bedroom are good sized doubles and the third bedroom is a single room with a built in single wardrobe. Other features include double glazing, GCH and a downstairs WC. The garden has decking directly outside the french doors with a small area of lawn. There are established plants neatly around the edge and to the side of the property is a gravel area with a shed. Parking can be found to the front of the property where you will find a side access gate that will take you directly to the garden and a small flower bed outside the front door.
