"You immediately get the feeling that the current owners care about their home, with the immaculately maintained raised flowerbeds and I assure you that the bungalow will not disappoint.

Stepping into the lounge there is a lovely outlook over the tendered garden and an open fireplace just waiting for a log burner. The large open plan kitchen/diner will be perfect for any family gatherings and just off the kitchen there is a cosy summer room, ideal for having breakfast in the morning sun or it could double up as a small playroom.

In the master bedroom the current owners have installed a beautiful range of modern fitted wardrobes. The hallway was re-planned to give space for a superb bathroom, which has the added benefit of a shower.

The garage has been converted into a utility room and workshop, but don’t worry as on a cold winter’s morning the carport will keep the frost at bay.

Now for the ace up this bungalow’s sleeve, which is the beautiful garden. You are definitely spoilt for choice with this garden, you can sit on the decked area next to the pond with the tranquil noise of running water, or if it is a little bit windy there is the summerhouse. This is not any ordinary summerhouse, it has its own loft space. You can tell the owners are keen gardeners when you walk towards the lawn and the beautifully tendered flowerbeds.

What the Owner says:

We have always dreamt of living in a village and Sellindge has not disappointed. The village feels like you are in the country, however you are only a couple of miles away from Hythe and about 8 miles from Ashford.

What we loved about this house when we first viewed was its layout and the fact that we could just unpack and move in.

The doctor’s surgery is located just across the road and we have found this to be invaluable, we have fitted a gate in the back garden so we are only a two minute walk away.
