"Park Road is one of those roads that home seekers regularly ask for, but few properties ever appear on the market in this sought after location. The reason it is so popular are easily apparent. First of all there's hardly any traffic and the area in general is very quiet. Most of the houses are detached and there's a real feeling of space.

The large entrance hall is floored in oak, as is the extended sun room, which is a perfect area for entertaining, as its a good size for the dining table and looks out onto the sunny rear garden, which stretches out to nearly 100'. If you don't want to eat in the sun room, then why not gather round the table in the kitchen, it's large enough to sit 8 comfortably!!

All 4 bedrooms are doubles and the 2 on the first floor share a bathroom, as do the 2 on the ground floor.

What the Owner says:

We didn't actually buy this property straight away, we actually rented it from the owner, but we loved it so much we couldn't move out. Our children were brought up here and have enjoyed every minute. In the summer the garden is perfect, its quiet, private and when the sun shines, we get it from morning till night.

My favourite room is probably the kitchen. We fitted a new one about 5 years ago and its got everything I need, including a big cooker range and it was perfect for when the children were growing up because they could sit at the table doing homework whilst I made the tea.
