Shadoxhurst village is situated on the outskirts of Ashford with local post office/shop and pub. You will be well placed for neighbouring Tenterden and Romney Marsh as well as the M20 via Ashford linking you to London and the coast. Local amenities in Ashford include Shopping complexes with department stores such as Marks and Spencers and Debenhams as well as the McArthur Glen Designer outlet and John Lewis Home. There are also a host of local schools catering for all ages and for the commuter the fast link via Ashford International will get you to London in approximately 38 minutes.

Our View

The presentation of this family home is superb, from the modern fitted kitchen/diner with Range cooker to remain to the light and airy reception rooms. The Dining Room is generously proportioned with double doors from the living room to create a flexible entertaining and family space and this in turn has double doors opening out to the family garden. On the first floor the four double bedrooms won't disappoint with practicalities such as en-suite to the master bedroom and built in wardrobes to three of the bedrooms. The current owners fell in love with this house as it was tucked away at the end of a cul de sac and it has been a well loved family home, early viewing is strongly recommended as we're sure this one will go quickly!
