"This property is just over 4 years old and still comes with approximately 6 years remaining on the NHBC builders warranty. The modern fitted kitchen has a built in electric oven with gas hob, upgraded worktops, space for fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room has patio doors leading into the conservatory which has engineered oak flooring and electric underfloor heating. There is also a downstairs cloakroom/wc and an under stairs storage cupboard. The first floor landing has an airing cupboard and provides access to the loft. The main bedroom is a good size double with built in wardrobes and there are two smaller bedrooms and an extended family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a garden shed, side access and is enclosed by fencing. The side access gate leads through to the car port which provides parking for one car with a further space in front for a second car. There is also communal visitor parking bays in the street.
