Vendors Comments 'The spaciousness of 18 The Avenue appealed to us. Being within walking distance of Freshwater's wide variety of shops and on a bus route was an added attraction. We found our neighbours very friendly and have never had a reason to regret living here. Our main reason for this reluctant move is age related as we are finding climbing stairs becoming more difficult with passing years, besides which our children and grandchildren have moved away from Totland and we feel that now is the time to downsize.'
