"OUR COMMENTS This three bedroom semi detached family home has had just the one owner from new and still has five years remaining of the HNBC. Situated at the end of a small, recently built development by a local builder, the house offers high quality fittings throughout, as well as generously sized rooms. there is a 15' lounge, an 18' kitchen/diner which is the hub of the home and comes complete with integral cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, the handy cloakroom, bathroom and three bedrooms (one en-suite) and has the benefit of under floor heating. There is parking for two cars, and a low maintenance, private garden to the rear. Everything you need for daily life is nearby, both for practical reasons, and for fun filled family days out. Being within easy reach of the golden, sandy beach during the summer months is surely one of life's little luxuries!

OWNERS COMMENTS I immediately wanted to live here as soon as I saw where the house was. It seemed like a safe, peaceful place to come home to after a busy day at work, and so it has proved to be. It has been a brilliant house to live in. I have been here since it was built in 2010. It is spacious, yet cosy, the garden is very low maintenance and I have parking for two cars. The kitchen/diner is a brilliant room to entertain friends and family whilst trying out new dishes, and it is also a great space for parties and Christmas dinners! It has also been great to live within easy reach of Shanklin's High Street and the beautiful beach. I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I have.
