"This spacious bungalow is situated in a most convenient spot in Shanklin; central for everything - just off the town centre, but far enough away to benefit from the peace and quiet, meaning you can relax in style and if you never want to get the car out of the garage again, you could leave it tucked away and save on all those expensive fuel bills. The bungalow itself is well proportioned and has two good size bedrooms, a large living room, a good size kitchen and a family bathroom. The gardens are surprisingly peaceful and this is definitely a property to suite a retired couple who need to be close to all the amenities. You have the doctors around the corner, the train station minutes away and the town and beach are within walking distance.

What the Owner says:

I have loved living here and have enjoyed it so much over the years.... Having everything close to hand has been a godsend as I don't drive. The position is perfect for everything you need.

I have also been surprised at how peaceful it is here and I'm sure the new owners will love living here and find it most convenient. The space in the bungalow is also deceptive and I have really enjoyed this too, but best of all, as I do not drive, I have been able to walk everywhere and enjoy our wonderful Shanklin.....
