"You only have to walk around this bungalow once and you will be wanting to come straight back into the office to collect the keys and move straight in! It has been upgraded throughout and looks fabulous. You could pull up outside with your removal van and as soon as the removal men have unloaded your furniture, you can sit down with a cup of tea or glass of wine enjoying your perfect bungalow.

It’s located in an ideal spot – far enough away from the town to give you some tranquillity, but close enough to nip out in the car and in just two minutes, you are down the road in Shanklin’s wonderful town centre and close to the glorious sandy beaches.

Almost everything inside this bungalow is brand new and whoever comes here won’t have to lift a finger for years to come. You have a super lounge, two bedrooms, a new kitchen/breakfast room, a bathroom, and a wonderful conservatory. What more could you wish for - parking and a garage maybe? Well that’s all included too!

If you are looking for a really peaceful lifestyle – you will not be disappointed!

What the Owner says:

A few years ago we went on the hunt for a bungalow fairly close to town, but we wanted a quiet position. It was hard to tick all our boxes but when we stumbled across this bungalow it got us scribbling on our notepad and all the ticks were soon on the paper! We were surprised as to how lovely the gardens were and the overall feeling of the bungalow was light, airy and charming. The location was perfect and from here we are able to walk into town. We have to say, hand on heart, it really is a superb spot and all the neighbours around have been fabulous. We are sorry to leave the bungalow, but we just need a bigger place now for when the family come over to stay.
