"This is a superb home, which we feel will benefit all young families who want to live within easy reach of schools, shops and of course the beach!

You could just open the front door and enjoy the fact you do not have to do anything as it’s all been done for you, it really is being offered in immaculate condition throughout, come and see for yourself.

The house is set back off the road making it a nice quiet place to live and it is just a few moments from Sandham Middle School meaning you can get up a little bit later on those school mornings!

Throughout the long hot summer months you will have the benefit of being 10 minutes walk from Los Altos park, and 3 minutes in the car gets you to Sandown beach.

What the Owner says:

I shall miss living so close to the beach and the shops, it’s certainly something I shall miss, so I leave in many respect with a heavy heart but mostly fond memories, as it has been a great place to live, with good neighbours.

I have kept the house neutral, clean and ready for someone to move straight into, which will certainly help you save time and money, as well as cutting out a lot of stress!

Over the years I have improved the house by adding the new bathroom and putting decking and patio in the garden.
