"The owners have lived here for six years and have done so much to the house in that time, it’s a surprise they want to move! They really have made the house into a home and a stunning one at that.

From the moment you walk through the front door you know you are going to be impressed with the whole house, and for first time buyers the fact you can just “start living” straight away, saving you time and more importantly money!

The conservatory is quite a recent addition to the home and it really does add to the space and the modern, clean feeling here.

The house also has a good size loft which could benefit from being used as extra storage, or perhaps subject to planning permission be converted into an extra room.

Situated towards the end of a lovely, quiet road close to central Sandown this house will be perfect for the young couple or family who love the outdoors, as you can walk to the award winning golden beach in just a few minutes as well as being close to the High Street and Pier giving you hours of fun all year round.

We shall miss our home greatly we have put in an enormous amount of time and effort to make the house into our “perfect home”, but we have a growing family so we are looking now to get something a little bit bigger, but we will definitely stay in Sandown as it’s a great place to live, especially in the summer. We have also got great schools and local shops within easy reach of us, which is one of the reasons we want to stay local.

We are very proud of what we have done here and we feel that the house would appeal to many different types of buyer, from a young family to investors - whoever comes round will love our house!
