"AGENTS COMMENTS An excellently presented, superbly spacious and modern home with the wonderful addition of parking for two cars. This two double bedroom property is the ideal choice for anyone looking to be just a short distance from both Sandown's golden, sandy beaches and its surrounding countryside with a cycle track right on your doorstep! The convenience this home offers is great and once you step inside the front door, you won't be disappointed either! A spacious hallway provides access to the large level of living space plus a handy downstairs WC. A sociable kitchen/diner makes for a perfect entertaining space which is bright, light and very modern. It also provides access onto a sunny, well maintained rear garden. The same can be said of the spacious lounge which is also wonderfully well presented. As you head upstairs, you'll find a large first floor space with two spacious, double bedrooms, it will be hard to decide which is the master as one has its own balcony while the other enjoys built in wardrobes. This cracking home won't be around for long, so be sure to book your viewing today! 

OWNERS COMMENTS We have made some very happy memories here and it has become a true home. We have enjoyed the spacious living accommodation, both upstairs and downstairs, with a large living room ideal for hosting family gatherings. There is easy access to the garden from both the living room and kitchen. The extra wide internal and external doors make day-to-day living easy, with flexible accommodation. The built-in wardrobe in the master bedroom makes excellent use of the space, offering plentiful storage. We have also enjoyed the bonus of two double bedrooms, using the second bedroom as an office/guest room/ dressing room, for which there is ample space. We have extended the driveway for two cars, making parking very easy. There is also plenty of space outside the property for visitors to park. The garden is secure with a high close-boarded fence and trellis, making it very private. We have enjoyed the outdoor space, with its south facing aspect, and the added bonus of a shed and a green house. The house is all in good order and has been carefully looked after. It is energy efficient, low maintenance, and a warm and comfortable home. We were drawn here by its convenience to the major transport links including the Hovercraft, Fast Cat and the direct train from Sandown to Ryde. The location has made it very easy for work and leisure. It is a mere ten minutes' walk to the sandy beach and the esplanade at Sandown to Shanklin, and is close to the schools, shops and the large health centre. We will be sad to leave this home, but we have chosen to move closer to family.
