"AGENTS COMMENTS This modern two bedroom terraced house is the perfect home for any first time buyers who want a place they can move straight into with nothing more stressful to do than decide upon where to put the furniture and television! It may also appeal to any buy to let landlords, as its convenient location will no doubt be popular amongst the young family market. Nearby, you will find the High Street, Tesco Express, transport links across the Island, doctors, dentists, community centre and schools. Both Newport and Ryde's bustling town centres are just a few minutes away, as is access to the mainland via either the Fishbourne car ferry, or the Fastcat and Hovercraft. Inside, the house comprises two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a 16' lounge/diner that opens out onto the enclosed rear garden. There is also an allocated parking space which is very handy for when you come home laden with shopping bags! 

OWNERS COMMENTS The quiet and hidden away, yet brilliantly convenient location drew us to the house originally five years ago when we were looking for our first home. Upon our arrival we felt that the house may be a little on the small side, so we were pleased to see how big the lounge/diner was as well as the size of both bedrooms. Having the parking space was an added bonus too, as fighting for somewhere to park the car is never a good end to a busy and stressful day at work! Absolutely everything we need for daily family life is within easy reach and the neighbours here are a friendly bunch who have helped to make living here such a pleasurable experience.
